Is your programme real world, inspiring, collaborative?  At a time when many are questioning the benefit of a university education Akatemia is delivering a learning programme for education faculty who want to deliver highly regarded and effective real world, project based, student led courses that enable their students to be innovators and leaders in an increasingly uncertain world.

Our Team Mastery Lite Programme is designed for academic teams within organisations, primarily educational institutions, that use or are developing Team Academy’s team learning methods. Our new offering is based on our 11-year experience of supporting academics and educators at the Team Academy degree programmes established in the UK.  Our programme grants participants a CPD certification upon successful completion. The programme is seeking accreditation by the Association for Coaching which will provide participants with a credit for coach professional development hours.

The programme combines virtual learning with face-to-face interactions, including a Learning Expedition to a UK-based Team Academy or coaching programme outside the participants’ own institution. It will create the opportunities for collaboration and networking beyond the usual institutional boundaries.  Participants will also have the opportunity to expand their network of educational and business relationships and will become members of the UK network of Team Learning practitioners.  Additional team or individual coaching sessions are available beyond the core programme.
